How far will Southern Belle Construction travel for a project?
About 50 miles from Nashville in every direction — Clarksville, Dickson, Columbia, Murfreesboro and Lebanon are all inside the radius — with most of our work in Davidson, Sumner, Robertson, Williamson and Wilson counties. Site visits and estimates are free anywhere in the service area.
Do you charge more for projects farther from White House?
No. Pricing is based on the project, not the drive. For projects at the edge of the radius we schedule the crew in continuous blocks so the job runs without gaps, which is better for you and for us.
Do you pull permits in every county?
Yes. We work with Metro Nashville Codes and the building departments of Sumner, Robertson, Williamson, Wilson, Rutherford, Cheatham, Montgomery, Dickson and Maury counties and their cities every week, and we pull the permits in our name.
Do you build in Kentucky?
Not at present. Southern Belle Construction holds a Tennessee contractor’s license and works inside Tennessee; Franklin, KY and the towns just across the line are outside our service area.
